Gail Gestl is in charge of the preparation of title insurance policies for the Fredrick, Maryland office, and assists in the preparation of title policies for Gaithersburg as well. She also monitors the recording of releases of loans in the land records.

Ms. Gestl was born in Allentown, PA, where she attended flight school and obtained a pilot’s license before graduating High School. She has her undergraduate degree in Education from Penn State and a Master’s of Education in Reading from East Stroudsburg University. Prior to moving to Maryland, Gail worked as a reading specialist in the Pocono Mountain School District.

Since becoming a member of the Village Settlements team in 1999 as a part time receptionist, Ms. Gestl has worked her way into the preparation of title policies, releases and escrows. Most recently, Gail has been taking American Sign Language classes in furtherance of her continuing education.
