Marianne L. Mason is the lead settlement processor in our Prince George’s County Office. She has been a part of the Village Settlements team since July, 2001. She began as a receptionist and case opener, and as with so many of our employees, she grew in her responsibilities to become the principal processor in the office. Marianne is responsible for processing all Re-sales and a number of New Home sales transactions as well.

In addition to her experience with our firm, Ms. Mason has 6 prior years experience in the mortgage end of the real estate industry. Prior to that, Marianne held an Assistant Director position in the Membership Department for the American Association of Physics Teachers (AAPT), and also Meeting and Event Planning Assistant. Marianne Mason is certified in CPR and First Aide, which are indispensable skills in the Real Estate Settlement industry!
