Missie Guynn handles the opening of new files as well as post settlement processing in the Frederick, MD office. She has been with Village Settlements, Inc. since April, 2004, and has worked in various capacities in both the Gaithersburg and Frederick offices. She is responsible for preparing lender packages and processing them following real estate settlements, ensuring that all documents are properly recorded or remitted to the lenders. Ms. Guynn has been in the legal field for 12 years after obtaining her Paralegal Certificate in 1998. Missie has two lovely and gentle dogs, a pit bull and a black lab!
