Patricia I. Doman is the newest member of our team at Village Settlements, Inc. When her predecessor, Chris Schmidt, left us to join the U. S. Secret Service, we were doubtful of our ability to obtain the same quality employee. We were wrong, as Patricia is one of our most skilled and diligent people.

Ms. Doman was born and raised in Bucharest, Romania, where she attended the Spiru Haret Law School at Bucharest University, from 1994 to 1998, earning her Bachelor in Law Studies. In 2000, Patricia came with her husband to the United States, where she immediately furthered her law related education by obtaining a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Frederick Community College. She was included on the Dean’s List for her superior academic achievements.

In addition to her thorough knowledge of all Loan Documents necessary for the Post Closing position, Ms. Doman also is exceptionally computer literate which facilitates closing document processing.

When she is not working at Village Settlements (rarely), she is a prolific traveler and recreational hiker.
