Patti Kalamets has been a member of the Village Settlements Inc. Team since 1992. Prior to that time, Patti also worked with some of the Village Attorneys in a predecessor firm, giving her approximately 20 years as a part of Village. She in charge of the initial stages of case preparation, including opening up contract files and refinance files for settlement, and coordinating details with purchasers, sellers, agents, lenders and borrowers.

As a member of the Myersville Elementary PTA, Patti and her family are actively involved in the community, including substantial involvement with the Myersville Junior Baseball League. Patti is one of the most experienced and versatile employees of Village Settlements.
