Frederick Office
Ann Smith is the senior settlement processor in our Frederick County, Maryland office. She started working at Village Settlements Inc. in 1991, and has worked her way up from part time receptionist when she was just out of High School, to Senior Settlement Processor today. Ann worked in the Gaithersburg office of Village Settlements until the opening of the Frederick office in 2006.
As a processor, Ann is fully responsible for assembling all information necessary for settlement, including interfacing with lenders, surveyors, buyers, sellers, Realtors, and all others necessary to ensure an accurate and professional settlement. Ann’s proximity to the Frederick office and consuming work ethic make her an extremely valuable member of the Village Settlements Team.
