Karen “KT” Thomas, Public Relations Director, is one of the most enthusiastic and energetic members of the Village Settlements, Inc. team. She has been a part of the real estate community since 1994 and with Village for most of that time. Karen is obsessively loyal and available to assist any of the clients or customers of our company in obtaining information or resolving any questions or problems that may arise. She is notorious for getting the job done, no matter what the job or issue.
Karen is a 2011 Alumni of the Maryland Association of Realtors (MAR) Leadership Academy. She is a member of the Frederick County Association of Realtors (FCAR), Maryland Hispanic Real Estate Industry Association (MHREIA) and the Women’s Council or Realtors (WCR). Karen is an avid hiker, kayaker and biker (formerly Harley Davidson, now a mere Vespa).
Ms. Thomas was born in West Palm Beach, FL, but has lived in GA, LA, TX, MD, ME, AK, and WA. Her interests and abilities are as diverse as her residential background.
