Carey Brennan recently joined our firm and he brings several years of experience in the real estate title and settlement industry, including a specialized knowledge of REO transactions, distressed properties, and foreclosures. Mr. Brennan utilizes his extensive real estate legal knowledge to assist our clients in every step of the real estate transaction, including drafting and reviewing contracts, preparing Deeds and other legal documents and conducting settlements.
Mr. Brennan earned his undergraduate degree in Business Management at Tulane University’s A.B. Freeman School of Business. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from Tulane University Law School, where he concentrated his studies in real estate law and served as a Senior Managing Editor for one of Tulane Law’s legal journals. He has held internships with a United States District Court judge, and a Louisiana State appellate-level judge.
Carey is admitted to practice law in the State of Maryland and Washington, DC, and is a member of the Maryland State, District of Columbia, and Montgomery County Bar Associations. He enjoys an active lifestyle, and in his free time you may find him participating in running events, engaged in yoga or cycling classes, or carving up the slopes on his snowboard.
